Lodging

Price listed is for single per person occupancy. All rooms are shared accomodations, on a first come first serve basis with king, queen, or twin size beds. Each with thier own bathrooms and ample space for the opportunity to be both socially engaged or have some private time. If you wish to upgrade to the private Gnome Home for an additional fee, please email us prior to registration to confirm availability.

Cancellation Policy

A $700 trip retainer is required at time of registration.  Trip retainers are refundable until 150 days before departure (Dec. 3rd, 2024).  Less than 150 days before departure trip retainers are 100% non refundable (After Dec. 3rd).  Any cancellation made between 150 days (Dec. 3rd, '24 and 90 days (Feb 1st, '25) will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.  Any cancellation made between: 90 days (Feb 1st, '25) and the trip departure (May 2nd) will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

  • 100% of your remaining balance is due by: March 30th, 2025
