  • Do you grow your own herbs?
    We do not grow our own herbs currently, even though this is our ultimate goal. We harvest organically sourced herbs from local farms around the island and wild harvest certain native tropical plants that grow here on 'Oahu.
  • Do you use organic herbs?
    Yes. We have specific guidelines that we adhere to when sourcing our herbs for our products and for wild harvesting to ensure that they are the purest ingredients possible. We are not organically certified as we do not currently grow our own herbs, but we do make sure that our sourced herbs are organically grown from organically certified vendors. If we didn’t there wouldn’t be much use to making herbal medicine.
  • Do you deliver?
    Currently, we deliver to the following zip codes (96734, 96744, 96795, 96825) for a small fee of $7 dollars. We also have the availability for local pickup for those customers who would like to pick up their items during our available pickup times. You may choose whether to deliver, pickup, or ship your items at checkout.
  • Can I return my items?
    All purchases are final at time of purchase. If you receive the incorrect product or receive a damaged item during shipping; please contact us and we would be more than happy to help. You can access the contact us form here. contact us
  • When will I receive my package?
    We normally ship orders out within 3 business days. For local Hawaii delivery 1-3 business days once shipped. For mainland orders 5 - 7 business days from shipment. Shipment times may vary with USPS.
  • How do you use my information?
    Your privacy is especially important to us and we do everything we can to ensure your private information is secure. We use Wix’s SSL secure checkouts to ensure peace of mind during our ordering and checkout process. For more information on how we use your information, please refer to our full private policy here.
  • How does your subscription packages work?
    Payments are automatically renewed each month on the date you subscribed. Products will be automatically delivered each month to the address on file. Through your membership you can postpone, modify, or cancel at any time with no obligations. Just login to our membership platform and adjust your subscription.
  • What if an event or workshop is cancelled or rescheduled?
    If in the event, ‘Ohana Green Witches cancels or reschedules an event, we will notify participants via email. Payments for cancelled events will be refunded in full within 5-10 business days. Payments for rescheduled events can go towards the new event date or be refunded within 5-10 business days.
  • What if I need to cancel my reservation for a workshop or event?
    No cancellations or refunds on events or workshops.
