This rejuvenating herbal blend of Ashwagandha and Astragalus root is full of rejuvenating and balancing adaptogenic properties that can replenish (chi) energy and decrease stress in the body. Ashwagandha, or otherwise known as Indian ginseng, is part of the tomato family and grows prolifically in India and Sri Lanka. It is a stout shrub that bears yellow flowers and red berry like fruits. It's name means horse's smell in Hindi and is said to provide the strength of a horse.


Astragalus is a member of the legume family and is a bushy shrub with hairy stems and tube like flowers. The combination of both of these herbs is strengthening and calming to the nervous system and adrenals relieveing fatigue, nervous exhaustion, and mental chatter. Astragulus is strengthening and rebuilding to the digestive system, increasing metabolic activity, and stimulating to the immune system.   • One dropperful (10-30 drops) in 2 ounces of water or juice twice daily or as needed. Safe to take ongoing as a daily tonic.

    Ashwagandha: May cause drowsiness and loss of coordination if combined with prescription drug tranquelizers for anxiety, insomnia, or siezure disorders. Consult with your doctor prior to taking. 

    Astragalus: Not recommended if you take any blood thinners, beta-blockers, or are undergoing immuno suppressive therapy for autoimmune diseases, may reduce effectiveness of these drugs. Consult with your doctor prior to taking.
