Tea Meditation

Come join in a Sacred Plant Tea Meditation. Participants will fall into relaxation with a guided meditation while they get lost on a journey with the plant spirits as they enjoy a medicinal herbal tea provided by the host. Individuals will learn about the medicinal properties of the plant and receive a handout that will instruct them on how to use the medicinal plant to be able to continue this practice and journey on their own with the plant spirit.

Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothes, bring a tea cup, yoga mat or blanket, journal if they would like, and anything else to make them comfortable for meditation.

First come first serve, venue max is 10 participants.
