Herbal Journey - Full Moon Circles (Virtual event)

Monthly online Herbal Journey Full Moon Circles- Join us virtually for the full moon each month as we come together to share sacred space, participate in NeuroSomatic Flow workshops, network and share, as well as enjoy some full moon rituals and movement as we celebrate another cycle of nature in our lives with gratitude. Each month will be different consisting of mini workshops in Neurosomatic flow, plant meditations, sound healing, drum circles, and more. Come to make new friends, ask holistic questions, try new ways of healing, and feel held, supported, and nurtured on your own personal healing Herbal Journey.

This is a free event, but donations are welcome. Please RSVP to claim your spot using the link provided below. Then the zoom meeting link will be sent to you via email. A $10 dollar donation is recommended, but any donation is appreciated. Donations can be made day of event or prior to via venmo or paypal.

A journal or notebook Pen/Pencil

Candle

Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay or sit on

Poi or hula hoop (optional if you have them)

Cup of favorite tea (Dandelion root preferred) or a water bottle
