What is your shipping policy?


Once your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number and email confirmation of your shipment. Your products will be shipped via USPS flat rate priority mail. Since products our shipped from Hawaii, this is the most cost effective choice and allows us to ship to PO Boxes. Normal transit times are as follows: Hawaii: 1-3 days US mainland & Alaska: 2-6 days




Can I return my products?


All product sales are final at time of purchase. If your item is damaged during shipping please contact us.

Are your products organic?


We do not have a organic certification as we do not grow our own herbs currently. We do organically source our herbs from a variety of local farms on Oahu and mainland vendors to ensure that our herbal products have the freshiest and purest ingredients available.
